  So disappointed!! Our bed that we have been waiting 3 weeks for was supposed to be delivered today and now it won't be delivered until Wednesday. We haven't purchased a bed in 7 years and we went to sleep country thinking we would have a great experience... sadly that has not been the case. I recieved conflicting stories from two different sales men as to why there is a 4 day delay. Doesn't make sense. My husband even made a call to sleep country earlier in the week to confirm the delivery for today and was reassured it would be delivered today. How does that happen? We are told the bases are on back order.... well if you knew than why didn't you call us in advance as we scheduled our Saturday plans to be home to recieve the delivery? Oh and we were supposed to recieve a call this morning between 8am and 9am to let us know when it would be delivered. When we hadn't heard from anyone by 9am we called and that's when we found out about the change in delivery. Sleep Country I think its time to step up your customer service! Overall just disappointed!
