  I bought a Stanley hand tool ratchet/socket set at Canadian Tire back in 2010 or 2011. I consistently use a 3/8" and 1/2" drive ratchet on a daily basis and over time wear tear causes the gear to start slipping from forward to reverse while in use. I've had each ratchet replaced probably 3 maybe 4 times since i bought the set which realistically over the duration of 7 or 8 years isn't all that bad. Whenever I call Stanley Warranty it's always a hassle-free process. They ship it for free which is also amazing. I probably spent around $140+ tax on the ratchet set way back when and its been a great investment, I always recommend other tradesmen to buy stanley hand tools.
  
  Years after buying the first ratchet/socket set, I decided to buy an impact grade socket set from Stanley as well. I lent the 1/2" universal joint adapter to a guy on a jobsite and the scoundrel never returned it. I brought the kit to this location (6275 Millcreek) in hopes of buying a replacement so that I could have a complete set again. It took the reps about 15 minutes to look through their inventory to find a replacement but sure enough they found one hidden away. As I pulled out my wallet asking how much for the part they simply said it's a free replacement. How many other places can you go to with a MISSING/LOST part and have them replace it free of charge? I felt kinda guilty and so I ended up purchasing a 3lb sledge which i was debating on buying while i was waiting for them to find the part. I'm getting off topic here, but I wanted to add that this 3lb sledge is the perfect size and weight for hammering in 3/8" shots... ive had it for over 2 years now and its still going strong!
  
  All in all, I'm a huge supporter of Stanley Tools and I've been recommending them to everyone for years.
