  Worst builder EVER!!! Do NOT buy a vandyke or vandick home as we like to call them. I have no idea how they have been in business for 30 years. The quality of work is terrible since they hire the cheapest trades they can find. No well known trade will work for them since they are terrible at paying them.
  They don't stand behind there work and when they fix something they do the cheapest fix which ends up costing home owners more money in the long run.
  Best advice go to another builder it's not worth the trouble an aggravation. We've only been in our house for a year an half an have had nothing but problems.
